Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for refund approval.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Return requests submitted outside the eligible return period
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
Return Method
All returns must be completed by mail.
Customers should securely package the item and send it using a reliable postal or courier service.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for purchasing the return label unless otherwise agreed
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding refund approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval
- Processing times from banks or payment providers may vary
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers who would like a replacement item may place a new order separately after the original return process is completed.
United States Orders
Orders delivered to the United States follow the same return conditions outlined above.
Returns must:
- Be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Be returned by mail
- Meet all eligibility requirements
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
